The guarantee is governed by English law. Any claims should be directed to China Slate Ltd, registered and based in the UK.

This guarantee is insurance-backed and also fully supported by our quarries in China. Dongmu quarry is a joint venture with a Chinese State owned company. The Chinese government acknowledges international law and is very keen to protect the reputation of the Chinese products as a long term strategy of joining the World Trade Organisation.

China Slate is an associated member of The National Federation of Roofing Contractors, in additional to the UK company's own guarantee backed by Chinese quarries, customers are also welcome to join the NFRC client insurance policy.
