The guarantee is governed by English law. Any claims should be directed to China Slate Ltd, registered and based in the UK.

China Slate is an associated member of The National Federation of Roofing Contractors, in additional to the UK company's own guarantee backed by Chinese quarries, customers are also welcome to join the NFRC client insurance-backed policy.
